INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Apply at least one layer ofTKN Sun protection SPF 50+15 to 30 minutes before going outdoors
To apply cream squeeze a dollop into your palm
Spread it all over the skin that will be exposed to the sun
Rub the sunscreen into your skin until you can not see the white anymore
Reapply sunscreen to your entire body every 2 hours
Reapply if you are swimming or sweating
Wear sunscreen year round whenever you are outside
