INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Shake well before use.
Apply a generous amount to skin half an hour before sun exposure.
Do not rinse off.
To maintain protection, reapply frequently, especially after sweating, bathing and drying off.
SPF is significantly reduced when less quantity is used.
