Privè’s medical practice is led by Dr. Rabi, Director of Privè Advanced Facial Aesthetics. Working alongside a team of aesthetic consultants, he brings clinical rigour and a considered, natural approach to every treatment offered.
Beyond his role as a doctor within the NHS, Dr. Rabi has developed a specialism in advanced injectables, including neurotoxins and skin boosters, underpinned by an ethical, evidence based approach.
He continues to train with leading educators in the field, and his work with techniques such as TKN reflects a practice built on precision and ongoing clinical development.

Advanced Clinical Aesthetics Consultant
Dr. Rabi is a fully qualified medical doctor (MBBS) and Director of Privè Advanced Facial Aesthetics, who currently works with the NHS as a surgical doctor. With a strong foundation in surgery, he has developed a parallel passion for aesthetic medicine, driven by his commitment to enhancing patient confidence and well-being through safe, effective treatments.
Pursuing his interest in aesthetics, Dr. Rabi completed a Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine and has since earned multiple certifications in facial injectables, neurotoxins, and skin boosters. His approach is grounded in ethical practice, clinical precision, and a patient-centred ethos that prioritises both safety and patient satisfaction. His dual role in the NHS and private aesthetic practice, together with his position as Director of Privè, ensures he brings a high level of surgical skill, anatomical knowledge, and leadership to every treatment.

Subha looks after the website for Privè, keeping things running smoothly from day to day handling site management, security and content.
Alongside this, she works as a data annotator on projects of large datasets in Quantigo AI and is studying Computer Science at BRAC University.
Dr Sachin Chacko (GMC 7988657)
Aesthetics consultant
Dr Chacko is a fully qualified medical doctor with over 7 years of experience across a wide range of clinical environments, including vascular surgery, acute internal medicine, and emergency care. He is Advanced Life Support (ALS) certified and has developed a reputation for his calm, precise approach to patient care. His strong foundation in medical science and clinical safety underpins his aesthetic practice, allowing him to deliver exceptional results while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Dr Chacko specialises in aesthetic treatments, with clinical training and hands-on experience in anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, and Profhilo skin bio-remodelling. His aesthetic approach is centred on enhancing natural beauty with subtle, refined results that restore confidence without compromising individuality. Passionate about innovation and patient experience, he is excited to join the expert team at Privè, working alongside leading members in the field to deliver bespoke, medically-led treatments in a premium setting.
Dr Shah (GMC 7626684)

Privè is delighted to welcome Dr. Shah to the Privè Leadership team.
Dr. Shah, MBBS (Hons), PGDip Derm, is a qualified medical doctor specialising in aesthetic medicine. She brings with her years of medical experience, including over 3 years dedicated to Aesthetic medicine.
Apart from working as a medical doctor for the NHS, Dr. Shah is passionate about enhancing natural beauty with diligence and care. She specialises in delivering subtle, refined results through skin injectables while maintaining an ethical, evidence-based approach.
Dr. Shah holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Dermatology from Queen Mary University, London, and has completed a Fellowship in Advanced Facial Aesthetic from the Aesthetic Intelligence Academy. Her areas of expertise include facial injectables, neurotoxins, skin boosters, micro-needling, and cosmetic dermatology treatments aimed at improving overall skin health.
Currently, she is also exploring opportunities in medical publications and aspires to contribute to the field as a medical educator in the future.
Beyond her professional journey, Dr. Shah is a proud mom of two boys. She enjoys cooking, bike riding, pilates, and indulging her creativity in home interior DIY projects.
Having previously worked with Privè, Dr. Shah has been greatly appreciated by clients for her warm, approachable manner and her meticulous eye for detail. Her treatments have consistently received excellent feedback for producing natural, confidence-boosting results, reinforcing her reputation as a trusted and skilled aesthetic doctor.

Jacqui has worked for Champneys Luxury Health and is a member of BABTAC / CIBTAC one of only a few members in Plymouth.

Rebecca is PA to Rob Munroe and manages multiple project verticals across Privè, L’art du Nettoyage par Privè and the consulting arm of the business.
Rebecca has a training and advertising background and has wealth of experience in managing large and complex projects from conception to completion.

Hi, I’m Bridie — a beauty professional with nearly 20 years of experience, and I truly love what I do.
I’m highly trained across advanced skin, brow, lash, makeup, and I continuously update my skills to bring my clients the very best in the industry.
Skin & Facials – Deborah Mitchell–trained and a Million Dollar Platinum Technician. Skilled in dermaplaning, lymphatic drainage, microdermabrasion, extractions, face-lift pressure point techniques, and detailed skin analysis.
Waxing – Experienced in all areas of hot and warm waxing, with a special focus on Hollywood waxing.
Makeup – Specialist in bridal and natural-glam makeup. I focus on enhancing your natural beauty—not masking it. I also offer personalised 1-to-1 makeup lessons.
Brows – Passionate about brows! Trained in waxing, tinting, brow lamination, henna, and advanced SPMU, including microblading, powder brows, and combination brows.

Thomas Fleet
Investor
Thomas has over 17 years of experience at the board level, running multi-million-pound businesses. And has been best friends with Rob for over 15 years.
Thomas owns a highly successful FCA-authorised motor dealership with over 550 five-star reviews. Alongside the motor offering, Tom has a hugely successful, direct-to-consumer and commercial flooring business that the FCA also authorises, with full permissions.
In 2023, Thomas moved into real estate and successfully launched Tamar Estates with Martin Durber, another good friend of Privè and arguably the best real estate agent in the UK.
Tommy Herman
Social Media Manager
Tommy is the Social Media Manager at Privè and creates a voice for the company across all our digital and social platforms. Tommy is responsible for signing off and approving all content created, responding to social media and continually looking for opportunities to increase brand exposure.
With excellent communication skills and an understanding of media dynamics, Tommy was headhunted by the board to join the Privè team. After earning an undergraduate degree in Geography, Tommy is now pursuing a master’s in screenwriting, with aspirations to write for film and television in the future.
