Privè advanced facial aesthetics medical team is led by Dr. Rabi and provides an unparalleled level of knowledge and appreciation for their chosen field.

Apart from working as a medical Doctor for the NHS, Dr. Rabi is passionate about enhancing one’s beauty by delivering “natural results” with extreme diligence and care through skin injectables.

He has gained extensive training in skin injectables and continues to learn to ensure an ethical, evidence-based approach is offered.

Rob Munroe LLB

Founder and CEO

Rob has worked and been relocated throughout the UK in Merchant, Retail and Asset banking and holds over fifteen years C suite engagement.

Along with Privè, Rob owns and runs a consulting business (High impact change management T/A Robert James Munroe & Matthew Fellowes Consulting) that helps businesses reach larger audiences and passive income verticals whilst keeping costs under control.

Rob is also a partner at Fine and Country. Outside of work Rob is completing his LLM LPC at BBP in Bristol.

Dr. Rabi (GMC 7733243)

Advanced Clinical Aesthetics Consultant

Dr Rabi is a qualified medical doctor (MBBS), who moved to the UK in 2022 to work with the NHS as a surgical doctor. Alongside his surgical work, he developed a strong interest in aesthetic medicine, driven by his passion for enhancing patients’ appearance and boosting their self-esteem. He began his journey into aesthetics by pursuing a level 7 diploma in the field.

Dr. Rabi is committed to continuous learning and regularly seeks further training to improve his clinical skills and ethical practice.

Specialist interest: Facial injectables, neurotoxins and skin boosters.

KAREN Dolman

Consultant Aesthetics Director

Applying an artists eye aligned with extensive training from Dr Xavier Goodarzian the award-winning Harley Street cosmetic medical doctor, global conference speaker in aesthetics, trainer and lecturer.

Karen is a fully qualified twenty years plus nurse practitioner and Consultant aesthetics Director at Prive. who has honed and mastered advanced injecting techniques and has level 7 Advanced Practitioner qualifications that have been held for two decades.

Everything Prive does is provided in a medically-supervised and fully insured clinical environment. Your care with us starts with a consultation with Karen to discuss and recommend the best treatment or care package for you.

Onsite and mobile is life-saving equipment for anaphylactic shock and a defibrillator. We are comprehensively insured through Hiscox, registered at companies house, VAT and ICO registered.

Rebecca Matthewman

Personal Assistant to Rob Munroe

Rebecca is PA to Rob Munroe and manages multiple project verticals across Privè, Fine and Country and the consulting arm of the business.

Rebecca has a training and advertising background and has wealth of experience in managing large and complex projects from conception to completion.

Jacqui Mentos

Skincare Specialist

Jacqui Mentos brings over twenty years of experience in holistic and aromatherapy massage and beauty treatments.

Jacqui has worked for Champneys Luxury Health and is a member of BABTAC/CIBTAC one of only a few members in Plymouth.

Tommy Herman

Social Media Manager

Tommy is the Social Media Manager at Privè and creates a voice for the company across all our digital and social platforms. Tommy is responsible for signing off and approving all content created, responding to social media and continually looking for opportunities to increase brand exposure.

With excellent communication skills and an understanding of media dynamics, Tommy was headhunted by the board to join the Privè team. After earning an undergraduate degree in Geography, Tommy is now pursuing a master’s in screenwriting, with aspirations to write for film and television in the future.

SHIVI SRIVASTAVA

Shivi is a website designer with extensive experience in helping design digital presence for a number of businesses.

Having lived & worked in Switzerland, Shivi is fluent in French, English and Hindi and brings global and multi-cultural sensitivities to the workplace.
