Privè advanced facial aesthetics medical team is led by Dr.Shah and provides an unparalleled level of knowledge and appreciation for their chosen field.

Apart from working as a medical Doctor for the NHS, Dr. Shah is passionate about enhancing one’s beauty by delivering “natural results” with extreme diligence and care through skin injectables.

She has gained extensive training in skin injectables and continues to learn to ensure an ethical, evidence based approach is offered.

Rob Munroe LLB

Founder and CEO

Rob has worked and been relocated throughout the UK in Merchant, Retail and Asset banking and holds over fifteen years C suite engagement.

Along with Privè, Rob owns and runs a consulting business (High impact change management T/A Robert James Munroe & Matthew Fellowes Consulting) that helps businesses reach larger audiences and passive income verticals whilst keeping costs under control.

Rob is also a partner at Fine and Country. Outside of work Rob is completing his LLM LPC at BBP in Bristol.

Rebecca Matthewman

Personal Assistant to Rob Munroe

Rebecca is PA to Rob Munroe and manages multiple project verticals across Privè, Fine and Country and the consulting arm of the business.

Rebecca has a training and advertising background and has wealth of experience in managing large and complex projects from conception to completion.

Dr Shah (GMC 7626684)

Consultant Aesthetics Director

Privè is delighted to welcome Dr. Shah and to the Privè Leadership team.

Dr. Shah is a qualified medical doctor (M.B.B.S.) specialising in aesthetic medicine.

Apart from working as a medical Doctor for the NHS, Dr.Shah is passionate about enhancing one’s beauty by delivering “natural results” with extreme diligence and care through skin injectables, and continues to learn to ensure an ethical, evidence based approach is offered.

Dr.Shah also specialises in Cosmetic Dermatology focusing on improving overall skin health through skin boosters, micro needling, and much more.

Specialist interest: Facial injectables, Neurotoxins and Skin boosters.

DR Adrian cerga (GdC 267122)

Director of General Dentistry

Graduated “Carol Davila” University of Dentistry, Bucharest, in 2010. Moved to the UK in 2016 and, since 2018, has offered private dentistry services in the Plymouth area. Final year MSC in Endodontics with the University of Chester, currently enrolled for the advanced restorative course with Dominic Hassall and Level 7 Diploma in Facial Aesthetics with MATA in Harley Street. Adrian is detail-oriented and calm and listens carefully to your needs to offer the best-individualised solution for every patient.

When he is not dedicating his attention to his patients, Adrian loves spending time with his family, running and swimming. He is passionate about reading and self-development.

Specialist interest: Endodontics and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr Rabi (GMC 7733243)

Advanced Clinical Aesthetics Director

Dr Rabi is a qualified medical doctor (MBBS), who moved to the UK in 2022 to work with the NHS as a surgical doctor. Alongside his surgical work, he developed a strong interest in aesthetic medicine, driven by his passion for enhancing patients’ appearance and boosting their self-esteem. He began his journey into aesthetics by pursuing a level 7 diploma in the field.

Dr. Rabi is committed to continuous learning and regularly seeks further training to improve his clinical skills and ethical practice.

Specialist interest: Facial injectables, neurotoxins and skin boosters.

Matthew Fellowes

Omni-Channel Client Experience Director

Matthew is responsible for Privè’s day-to-day operations and provides an outstanding client experience.

Matthew has twenty years of client experience for GWR and is a professionally trained chef.

Outside of Privè, he is a director for Fine & Country.

Thomas Fleet

Commercial Director

Thomas is the Commercial Director for Privè and is intrinsic to Privè in the scaling of the business in stages three and four.

Tom has over seventeen years of experience at board level running multi-million-pound businesses.

Tom owns a highly successful FCA-authorised motor dealership with over 550 five-star reviews. Alongside the motor offering, Tom has the hugely successful Carpets Direct. A direct-to-consumer and commercial flooring business that is also authorised by the FCA.

Jacqui Mentos

Skincare Specialist

Jacqui Mentos brings over twenty years of experience in holistic and aromatherapy massage and beauty treatments.

Jacqui has worked for Champneys Luxury Health and is a member of BABTAC/CIBTAC one of only a few members in Plymouth.
